  • Please fill out this form to order your Badges. Once you submit your order, someone will contact within 1-3 business days.
    If this is a RUSH ORDER, please call us immediately at (323) 278-1999 to let us know.

    We offer Rush fees to accomodate your Rush order, to complete before the 30 business day turnaround. For ceremonies, we have 3 options for Rush Orders:
    1) 7 Business Day Turn Around - 2) 14 Business Day Turn Around - and 3) 21 Business Day Turn Around.

    Note: If order is personal, we must receive an authorization letter from your department, signed by the Chief, or highest ranking Officer, and must be paid immediately.

  • Once we have processed your order, you will receive the Rush Price Quote, or Sales Order copy. Please check it diligently to avoid any errors. Do not send orders more than once, or by multiple methods to avoid duplicate orders.

    LIMITED LIFE TIME WARRANTY: All Entenmann-Rovin Co. badges carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty on safety catches, joints, posts, panels, and seals. Badges are highly polished and sealed in hard-baked clear lacquer. The lacquer finish is warranted for three (3) years. Your badge is warranted for life under normal wear. If badges fall into the hands of a third party, all warranties are voided.

    RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY: All sales for badges are final and are non-refundable; cancellation of order only within 24 hours of sending this order form. If you received your badge damaged in any way, please call to get a return authorization, then ship the badge, original packing slip and a brief explanation for the return to Entenmann-Rovin Co. Your satisfaction is our number one concern, and we will replace the damaged badge promptly. Any discrepancies must be brought to our attention immediately, otherwise we are not responsible. Please send badge(s) back in box only. Please NO envelopes, as they get torn during the mailing process, and become lost.
